Hi
I am flying to Marsa Alam early June and want some advice on where to choose to dive. I have done a cruise & stay from Marsa Alam (5 years ago - Elphinestome to Fury Scholes) and also dived Elphinestone again last year from a liveabpard to the Brothers. Not sure which to chose this time around. Prices dont vary much, but really want to see some big stuff as well as the smaller stuff. I think Hamata (Fury Scholes) is the place, but looking for some advice.

Oh also want an eco lodge as I will be travelling as a solo diver and they seem like nice places to be!

bit late for your early june hol, but thread still getting hits so it must be turning up in search engines.

not sure if hamata has any shore based. every time i've dived from there it's been a liveaboard job and then done the fury shoals / st johns itinerary.
big stuff - not sure where to find it anymore. did brothers / elphinstone last month and very few sharks. way too many boats and divers, or they've simply been fished out. have had hammers in st johns around may/june in previous years.
